| 摘 要： | 全国每年因矿业生产扰动的岩土达３２．５亿ｔ，矿山占用和破坏的土地达３０００万亩，而且每年正在以５０万亩的速度递增，复垦率极低。中国将以世界总耕地面积的７％支撑占世界２２％的人口。因此，复垦被矿山破坏的土地，使其具有可持续发展能力，意义重大。

| Abstract: | The rocks and soil perturbed by mining production amount to 3. 25 billion tons per year in thewhole country. And the land occupied and damaged by mines reaches 30 million mu. Moreover, this figure is stillrapidly increasing by half a million mu per year. Yet, the rate of rehabilitation remains at a low level. China'sarable land accounts for only 7 % of the world total, but it feeds 22 % of the world population. Therefore, it is ofgreat importance to rehabilitate the damaged land caused by mining so that it can possess the potency for sustainable development. |
