安徽某铁精粉细度合格率影响因素分析

摘    要:以某选矿厂2013年4月份的生产数据为依据,研究了生产过程中原矿处理量、自磨浓度、球磨浓度、分级机溢流浓度以及矿石品位对铁精粉细度合格率的影响。通过研究发现,原矿处理量、自磨浓度、球磨浓度的变化对铁精粉细度合格率影响较小,而分级机溢流浓度和矿石品位的变化对铁精粉细度合格率影响较大,铁精粉细度合格率大致随着溢流浓度和铁矿石品位的增大而减小。

Abstract:The influence of the factors, including the processing capacity of raw ore, the concentration for the autogenous mill, ball milling density, graded overflow thickness and the grade of iron ore, on the qualified rate of the fineness of iron concentrate powder is studied in this paper. The investigation is based on the production data obtained in one Anhui dressing plant in April of 2013. In view of our analysis, we find that the fineness of the iron concentrate powder is little affected by the processing capacity of raw ore, concentration for the autogenous mill and ball milling density. However, the graded overflow thickness and the grade of iron ore have large effect on it. Specifically, the fineness of the iron concentrate powder will be reduced with the increase of the graded overflow thickness and the grade of iron ore.
