摘    要:本文从78片国家级整装勘查区矿业权设置方案的审查工作实践出发,根据已有的矿业权管理相关规定,从矿业权设置的依据性、合规性和可实现性三个方面进行了阐述分析,梳理提炼了矿业权设置方案审查中需要把握的要素,提出了利用GIS空间分析技术,将审查矿业权设置方案的诸要素转换为GIS可识别的空间数据进行计算机自动判别的设计思路,为实现矿业权设置方案的快速便捷审查及矿业权管理提供支撑服务。

Abstract:This paper based on the appraisal working of mineral properties setting plan for 78 pieces of monoblock exploration areas, according to the existing mineral properties management regulations, elaborates and analyses arrangement of mineral properties from the basis, compliance and realizability, summarizes and refines appraisal elements of mineral properties setting plan, proposes the computer automatic discriminant idea, which uses GIS spatial analysis technology, analyzing the data and appraisal elements in mineral properties setting plan, to support mineral properties management and quick and easy appraisal of mineral properties setting plan.
