| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍了地质调查财务管理关键问题研究和相关管理信息系统研建阶段性成果及其转化应用,分析了地质调查财务管理运行机制的现状和存在问题,围绕适应国家部门预算改革、建立科学编制预算、严格执行预算、强化预算执行考核的预算管理体系、优化地质调查财务管理运行机制进行了思考并提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly introduces the key issues of financial management of geological survey and some research achievements and application of the related management information system. The author analyzed the current situation and problem of financial management mechanism of geological survey. Finally the paper puts forward some suggestions on the thinking around adapt to the reform of national departmental budgets; establish scientific budget mechanism and implement strictly; strengthen budget execution assessment of the budget management system ; optimize financial management operating mechanism of geological survey. |
