摘    要:为研究矿用车轮辋压块和轮辋间的接触行为,确定可以传递的摩擦力矩,建立了压块和轮辋的有限元模型,并对求解过程关键参数的设置进行分析研究。根据分析结果指出了现有结构的不足之处,并提出了两种改进方案,通过与原方案的对比分析,确定了一种合理的设计方案。结果表明:合理的接触参数设置可以提高求解速度和求解精度,可以指导轮辋安装结构的设计,提高矿用车在使用过程中的安全性和可靠性。

Abstract:In order to research the contact behavior of rim and rim clamp in dump truck and determine the friction torque can be passed, a FEA model for the rim and rim clamp is established, on which key parameter of solving process was researched and analyzed. According to the results of the analysis points out the deficiency of existing structure, and presents two improved schemes, through comparative analysis with the original schemes, determine a reasonable design scheme. Results shows that the reasonable contact parameters setting can improve the solution speed and precision, can guide the rim installation structure design, improve dump truck in the security and reliability in use.
