| 摘 要： | 文章首先是对贵州省国土资源系统人力资源概况进行了介绍。并在此基础上,对贵州省国土资源系统人力资源管理的宏观、中观、微观层面存在的问题进行原因分析,以此提出贵州省国土资源系统人力资源体制改革方案的思考,并建议通过有效的培训方式,使基层垂直管理政府部门领导干部的人力资源观念得到切实转变,进行正确的人力资源管理工作。
