2015年中国钴物质流研究

摘    要:中国是世界上最大的钴消费国,全面了解钴资源的流动状况是科学高效利用钴资源的基础。本文基于“STAF(stocks and flows)”模型,分析了2015年中国钴的流动状况,并获得若干钴产业链的关键指标:对外依存度 =85%、循环效率 =0.12t/t、环境效率 =0.19t/t。根据分析结果,对中国钴资源的利用提出以下建议:加大国内钴资源勘查力度,完善钴战略性资源储备体系;加强国际合作,实现进口方式、渠道的多元化;优化钴废料回收管理体系,提高钴资源的循环利用。

Abstract:China is the world"s largest consumer of cobalt. In the future, totally understanding of the flow of cobalt is the basis for scientific and efficient use of cobalt resources. Based on the "STAF (stocks and flows)" model, this paper analyzed the flow of the cobalt in China in 2015, and obtained a number of key indicators of the cobalt industry chain: =85%, =0.12t/t, and =0.19t/t. After analyzing the relevant indexes, the following Suggestions are given for the recycling of cobalt resources in China: Increasing the domestic cobalt resources exploration efforts, and improving the strategic reserve of cobalt resources system; Strengthening international cooperation, achieving the diversification of import mode and channel; Optimization of cobalt waste recycling management system, improving the recycling of cobalt resources.
