摘    要:本文以益新煤矿四水平北翼皮带巷爆破掘进工程为背景,基于现场爆破试验,研究了中心大空孔新型掏槽爆破施工技术及与之相适的掏槽布置方式和爆破参数。通过对现场4组掏槽对比试验的分析,确定了方形套方形的掏槽布置方式及相应的爆破参数。现场应用表明:采用中心大空孔加方形套方形的掏槽布置方式,爆破后形成的空腔深度更深且破坏半径小,掏槽效果显著,与传统掏槽方法相比,单循环进尺可提高82.4%以上,月进尺最高可达近135m。中心大空孔掏槽爆破施工方法将有效提高矿井开拓速度,同时也可以为国内中、深孔快速掘进的研究提供新的思路和方法。

Abstract:This paper taken the blasting excavation project of four levels of north wing belt lane in Yixin Coal Mine as the background, based on the site blasting tests, researched an new construction technology of center big empty hole in cut blasting and the cut arrangement and blasting parameters corresponding with the new technology. Through the analysis on the four groups of cut contrast test on site, the cut arrangement of a square set an another square and the corresponding blasting parameters were ensured. The field application showed that when the center big empty hole in cut blasting and the cut arrangement of a square set an another square were used, the cavity formed after blasting will get a deeper depth and smaller damage radius, so the cut effect is remarkable. Compared with traditional cutting methods, the monocyclic footage can increase more than 82.4% and the month footage was up to nearly 135 meters. The new construction technology of center big empty hole in cut blasting will increase the development speed of mines effectively, at the same time, it will provide new ideas and methods for the research of rapid excavation of medium and deep hole in China.
