植物粉料—硫酸法直接浸出软锰矿的实践

摘    要:研究了以植物粉料-硫酸法直接浸出软锰矿的新工艺方法,并对该法的原理和工艺条件进行了较详细的探讨。试验结果表明:软锰矿中锰的浸出率受到软锰矿有量、植物粉料有量、硫酸用量、浸出温度有 出时间等因素的影响。该法在较佳的工艺条件下,锰的浸出率可达95%以上。

Abstract:The principle and technological conditions of pyrolusite direct leaching in sulphuric acid with addition of plant powder(such as sawdust,rice husk)as reducing agent are discussed in details.Test results show that the percentage of manganese leached out is dependent on pyrolusite charge,plant powder charge,sulphuric acid volume,temperature and duration of leaching.Under appropriate technological conditions,95% of manganese can be leached out.
