| 摘 要： | 我国矿业权市场经过30多年的建设得以不断加强和完善。矿业权出让经历了从无偿到有偿的过程,随着市场经济体制的建立,矿业权出让开始走上了以招拍挂有偿出让为主的阶段。为了使矿业权出让变得更阳光、更便捷,增加矿业权市场的竞争性和开放性,矿业权网上出让应运而生,并有被不断放大的可能。本文通过对矿业权网上出让的意义和利弊分析,进而提出了可供矿业权网上出让建设的参考建议。

| Abstract: | China’s mining industry rights market construction are strengthened and improved after 30 years.Mining industry rights has been granted from free to paid.As the market economy system,Mining industry rights are granted over the tender,auction and listing.In order to grant over mining industry rights become more clarified,more facilitation,increased mining industry rights market’s competition and openness,granted over online come into being,and may be extended.In this paper,analysis of the significance and the pros and cons of mining industry rights are granted online,and then put forward some suggestions. |
