| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的发展对矿产资源的需求,建设和完善矿业权市场已显得迫在眉睫,以促进矿产资源的合理有效地开发利用。本文首先界定了矿业权市场的范畴,进而分析了我国矿业权市场的发展概况,通过对我国矿业权市场中的交易机制和矛盾关系的分析,得出了我国矿业权市场存在的问题,并给出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of national economy,the demand of mineral resources is greatly increasing.Establishing a standardized mining-rights market is extremely urgent,thus promoting the mineral exploration and development.This paper first defines the category of mining-rights market.Then it analyzes the development of mining-rights market.Through analyzing the trade mechanism and contradictory relations of mining-rights market,it concludes problems in operation and some relative policy suggestions. |
