低品位块状氧化锌的浮选试验研究

摘    要:采用硫化胺法对块状低品位氧化锌矿进行了浮选试验研究,分别考察了磨矿细度、硫化钠用量、六偏磷酸钠和十八胺用量等因素对氧化浮选指标的影响。试验室试验和工业试验结果表明采用硫化胺法能够有效实现块状低品位氧化锌的浮选,在原矿锌品位为5.5%条件下,精矿锌品位达到39.66%,浮选回收率达到85.59%。

Abstract:The flotation of nubby and deeply oxidized zinc ores have been studied by means of sulfidization-amine collector flotation,and based on the condition tests of grinding,dosage of Na2S,(NaPO3)6 and octadecylamine,the proper dosage of agents were obtained.Test in laboratory and plant has been indicated that it can be got an effective separation by means of sulfidization-amine collector floatation to low grade nubby oxidized zinc ores,and concentrate grade came to 39.66% with recovery of 85.59% at the condition of a grade of 5.5% with zinc.
