固定化细胞移动床浸出高硫高铁低铜难选铜矿中铜的研究

摘    要:利用自制载体将T.f和T.t菌固定起来,并应用于高硫高铁低铜矿的浸出研究中,研究固定化浸矿系统的效果、特点.实验结果表明:在相同的浸提时间(18d)内,T.f和T.t菌混合固定后浸提系统,比非固定化浸系统要高出16.7%;而且固定混合菌群的浸矿效果要优于固定单一菌群的浸矿效果,T.f和T.t菌混合固定的比例为1∶2.

Abstract:The T.f and T.t bacteria were immobilized by self-produced biocarrier and applied for mineral leaching with high sulphur and high iron.The investigation included the efficiencies and characteristic using the immobilized system.The experimental results showed that the system with the T.f and T.t bacteria were immobilized was more 16.7% than the non-immobilized system in 18d.Moreover,the leaching efficiencies with combined bacteria immobilized was superior to singular bacteria immobilized,the optimum ratio of...
