| 摘 要： | 为了满足我国经济快速发展对矿产资源的需求,需要培育一个规范的矿业权市场,以促进矿业资源的勘查开发与利用.本文首先介绍我国矿业权市场概况,继而从矿业权市场的三个要素,即矿业权人、矿业权、中介机构入手,深入分析矿业权市场存在的问题,最后提出培育合格的矿业权市场主体、规范矿业权市场客体、完善矿业权市场中介等建议.
