| 摘 要： | 矿产资源实现优化配置依赖于矿业权科学规划、合理设置与有序投放.我国市场经济制度逐步确立的过程中,矿产资源配置方式和配置效果发生了深刻变化,文章梳理了当前我国矿产资源配置制度与存在的问题,分析了矿产资源合理配置的目标体系,提出了通过矿业权合理设置实现矿产资源科学合理配置与有效供给的建议.
