难选铁矿抛尾废石中回收铁的试验研究

摘    要:本文对某选厂的抛尾废石采用阶段磨矿,阶段选别工艺进行回收,最终可获得产率为1.21%、品位为60.05%、回收率为4.12%的铁精矿,以及产率为39.55%、品位为30.31%、回收率为68.00%的中矿.为选矿厂抛尾废石的利用,提供了一条可行的途径.

Abstract:This paper adopts phase ore grinding and phase sorting craft to recover iron from Discarding rocks.At last we get the iron concentrate with the indexes of productivity 1.21%,grade 60.05%,recovery 4.12%.In the meantime,we get middling product with the indexes of productivity 39.55%,grade 30.31%,recovery 68.00%.It provides a feasible approach of using discarding rocks.
