不同嵌布粒度的鳞片石墨浮选速率研究

摘    要:嵌布粒度不同的鳞片石墨浮选性质也有所差异,针对甘肃民勤鳞片石墨矿(1~#矿)和黑龙江萝北鳞片石墨矿(2~#矿)两种不同嵌布粒度的鳞片石墨矿石分别进行了矿石性质及浮选速率研究。研究表明,2~#矿的石墨鳞片大于1~#矿样;2~#矿的浮选速率常数较1~#矿高;随着煤油用量的增加,且浮选速率常数均逐渐升高后趋于平缓,浮选速率常数最大值分别为1.344min~(-1)和3.036min~(-1);随着2~#油用量的增加,精矿固定碳含量均逐渐降低后有小幅上升。试验表明可通过控制浮选时间,适量增加煤油用量,降低2~#油用量达到提前回收部分石墨鳞片的目的。

Abstract:Different dissemination size of the flake graphite has different flotation properties. The research for Minqin flake graphite mine (1#) and Luobei flake graphite mine (2 #) of ore properties and flotation rate were carried out. The graphite scale of 2# graphite was larger than 1#. The research of flotation rate demonstrated that flotation rate flotation rate constant increased with the amount of kerosene, the maximum constant is 1.34 min-1 and 3.04 min-1, fixed carbon content decreased first and then increased with the increase of the amount of terpene oil, the constant of 2# graphite was higher than 1#. The purpose of retrieving part of graphite flake in advance could be achieved by means of controlling scraping time, increasing amount of kerosene, reducing amount of terpene oil.
