| 摘 要： | 山西岢岚铝土矿是一水硬铝石型的低品位铝土矿,有用矿物与脉石矿物共生关系密切,分选难度较大。通过工艺矿物学研究和选矿实验,针对铝硅比为4.14的原矿,采用"选择性磨矿-正浮选"的工艺流程,正浮选采用新型捕收剂ZMC-3,经一粗二精二扫的工艺流程,获得了铝硅比为9.27、氧化铝回收率为72.60%的精矿。试验获得的精矿指标较好,达到了拜耳法炼铝的要求。
