高深直溜井冲击产尘治理技术研究

摘    要:通过对夏甸金矿高深直溜井卸矿过程中形成的冲击风流和冲击产尘规律进行了分析,提出了适宜于溜井卸矿的卸压措施,将冲击风速降低至10m/s以内,并在卸压的基础上采用高效湿式除尘器抽尘净化措施对冲击产尘进行治理,实践表明,采用卸压除尘治理措施后,溜井出口巷道内总粉尘浓度由600.8mg/m3降至12mg/m3,降尘效率达98%,呼吸性粉尘浓度从166.7mg/m3降至8mg/m3,降尘效率达95.2%,有效的解决了冲击产尘污染问题,为金属矿山溜井返尘提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the impact wind current and impact dust generation process during the unloading process of the high-deep straight shaft in Xiadian Gold Mine, the pressure relief measures suitable for the unloading of the shaft are proposed, and the impact wind speed is reduced to less than 10m/s. On the basis of pressure relief, high-efficiency wet dust collector dust purification measures are used to control the impact dust generation. Practice shows that after the pressure relief dust removal treatment measures, the total dust concentration in the exit tunnel of the well is reduced from 600.8mg/m3 to 12mg/m3. The dust reduction efficiency is 98%, the concentration of respirable dust is reduced from 166.7mg/m3 to 8mg/m3, and the dust reduction efficiency is 95.2%, which effectively solves the problem of impact dust pollution and provides a reference for the return of dust from metal mines.
