| 摘 要： | 由于世界石油价格的不断攀升,导致国内石油短缺的呼声四起。本文通过对我国主要能源的开采程度、利用率和回收率现状、国际石油价格上涨原因等的分析,提出了中国应对石油短缺的策略。

| Abstract: | Because of continuously rising of the global oil price which leads to the voice "petrol-crisis"in our country.This paper puts forward my views to the "petrol-crisis"by the analyzes to the level of the main energy exploitingutilization rationthe current situation of the recovery ration and the reason of the rising oil price in the world. |
