大松动圈围岩锚注与预应力锚索联合支护技术的机理与实践

摘    要:文章针对大松动圈围岩变形破坏的特点,以理论分析、实验研究与工程实践相结合,研究了预应力锚索与锚注支护大松动圈围岩的机理,提出用锚注加固松动岩体,用预应力锚索调动深部岩体抗破坏能力并对外部围岩提供“环向约束”,两者结合使用能够形成多重围岩加固圈,从而彻底控制大松动圈围岩的变形破坏。该技术通过工程实践,证明其具有经济和技术优势,在岩土工程中有着广泛的实际意义与推广价值。

Abstract:Based on the damage feature of large broken zone in the surrounding rock, the supporting mechanism of combined support of bolting-grouting and prestressed cable anchor was studied with theory analysis, test and engineering practice; the supporting theory is put forward that the broken rock zone could be strengthen by the bolting-grouting support , and the strength of the deep rock of the surrounding rock could be well utilized by the prestressed cable anchor, furthermore, the combined support could form multi- ple reinforced rock structure which could completely control the bad damage of the broken rock zone. Final- ly, The technology was applied into practice and satisfying result was acquired. It was proved in the industrial trial to be reliable, convenient and economic, possessing a wide spread value in civil engineering.
