我国矿业权评估行业发展存在的问题及建议

本文在总结我国矿业权评估制度建设历程的基础上,分析了当前我国矿业权评估行业发展存在的主要问题。针对这些问题,并根据改革的进度和矿业权评估行业发展的需要,提出了加强矿业权评估理论研究,重新界定"矿业权价款"内涵,加强行业自律管理,提高矿业权评估监督管理水平,提高评估机构准入条件和内部管控能力,加强矿业权评估执业队伍建设,修改、完善矿业权评估准则等建议。

Problems and Suggestions in the Development of Mining RightsEvaluation Industry in China

This paper was based on the summary of mining rights evaluation system construction in China, analysis of the current main problems in the development of mining rights evaluation industry in our country. In view of these problems, and based on the progress of the reform and development needs of the mining rights evaluation industry, put forward to strengthen mining right appraisal theory research,establishing "the price of mining rights s assessment, strengthening industry self-discipline management, improve the appraisal institutions access conditions and internal control ability, strengthening the construction of mining right evaluation practice team, modify, improve the mining rights assessment criteria such as suggestions.
