| 摘 要： | 本文对我国现行的生态环境补偿费、排污费、资源补偿费和资源税等矿山环境治理政策进行了评述.在借鉴国外相关政策基础上,本文提出我国矿山环境治理与恢复的政策思路是:明确矿山企业的环境主体责任,加快完善以矿山环境治理恢复保证金为核心的矿山生态补偿机制.

| Abstract: | The paper reviews polices for recovering the mine environment,including the environment compensation fee,emission pollution fee,resource compensation fee,resource tax,and so on.On the base of the recovery polices of foreign countries,the author proposes some new polices,including emphasizing the environment abilities of mine enterprises,establishing the ecological compensation mechanism,perfecting environment recovery bonds institution for mine enterprises. |
