重晶石-石英-萤石型伴生矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:湖南某重晶石矿与石英、萤石和铅锌矿等伴生,为综合开发利用该矿产资源,对其进行选矿试验研究。矿石中含0.98%的铅锌矿,具有一定回收价值,试验采用硫酸铜、乙基钠黄药优先回收铅锌混合粗精矿,浮选铅锌尾矿则采用水玻璃作石英等脉石矿物抑制剂,十二烷基硫酸钠为捕收剂浮出重晶石精矿。通过混浮铅锌、一粗、一扫和五精重晶石浮选闭路流程,获得了铅锌品位35.49%、产率2.54%的铅锌混合粗精矿,BaSO4品位92.15%、BaSO4回收率94.33%、比重4.3g/cm3的重晶石精矿,以及BaSO4品位仅5.07%的重晶石尾矿,实现了重晶石、铅锌矿与石英等脉石矿物的有效分离。铅锌混合粗精矿可进一步浮选获得合格的铅精矿与锌精矿。

Abstract:A certain barite in Hunan was associated with quartz, fluorite and lead-zinc ore. An experimental study on beneficiation had been carried out in order to develop and utilize the mineral resources comprehensively. The ore contained 0.98% of lead-zinc ore, which had certain collection value. Primarily, the copper sulfate and sodium ethyl xanthenes were used to collect lead-zinc mixed rough concentrate. Then the barite concentrate was obtained with sodium silicate as inhibitor of gangue minerals such as quart, and sodium dodecyl sulfate as collector from the tailings of lead-zinc flotation. The lead-zinc mixed rough concentrate with lead-zinc grade 35.49% and yield 2.54%, the barite concentrate with BaSO4 grade 92.15%, BaSO4 recovery 94.33% and density 4.3g/cm3, barite tailings with BaSO4 grade 5.07% were obtained through mixed flotation of lead-zinc and closed-circuit barite flotation process of one roughing, one scavenging and five cleaning. An effective separation of barite and lead-zinc ore with gangue minerals such as quart was realized. The qualified lead concentrate and zinc concentrate can be gotten by further flotation from lead-zinc mixed rough concentrate.
