井塔沉降偏斜分析及纠偏控制研究

摘    要:三山岛副井提升系统运行异常,经测量后发现井塔楼偏斜,进一步检查后发现井塔出现不均匀沉降,严重影响到副井提升系统的正常及安全运行。针对副井井架沉降发生偏斜分析其原因,对副井出现的问题提出树根桩地基加固的方案,然后通过FLAC3D软件对井塔基础树根桩加固方案进行验证分析,最终达到副井井架达到安全运行的要求。

Abstract:The operation of lifting system in Sanshandao auxiliary shaft is abnormal. After measurement, it is found that the well tower is deviated. After further inspection, it is found that the well tower has uneven settlement, which seriously affects the normal and safe operation of lifting system in the auxiliary shaft.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the deviation of the auxiliary derrick settlement, the root pile foundation reinforcement scheme is proposed for the problems of the auxiliary derrick, and then the root pile reinforcement scheme of the well tower foundation is verified and analyzed by FLAC3D software, and finally the auxiliary derrick can meet the requirements of safe operation.
