摘    要:油基岩屑作为页岩气开采产生的危险废物,目前对于油基岩屑的处置及资源化利用方案仍未形成统一认识。本文目的构建适用于页岩气油基岩屑处置及资源化利用方案综合比选体系,为实际生产中方案的选择提供参考。首先,综合考虑环境安全、技术可行、经济绩优,构建方案比选评价体系,选取3个一级指标,13个二级指标,运用层次分析法确定指标权重;其次,应用灰色关联分析法对重庆页岩气田2种脱油处置方案及5种残渣资源化利用方案排序,推选最优方案。数据分析结果显示:油基岩屑脱油处置的较优方案为热解析和离心分离,残渣的资源化利用最优方案为水泥窑协同处置,其次是制砖,最劣方案为制备混凝土。本文研究结果与重庆企业实际情况对比一致,表明本文方法的有效性,可为企业方案选取提供依据。

Abstract:Oil-based drill cuttings are hazardous waste generated from shale gas mining. At present, there is still no unified understanding of the disposal and resource utilization plan of oil-based drill cuttings. The purpose of this paper is to construct a comprehensive comparison system for shale gas oil-based drill cuttings disposal and resource utilization schemes, and to provide a reference for the selection of schemes in actual production. Firstly, this article comprehensively considered the environment, economy, and technology to summarize and compare existing oil-based drill cuttings resources. The weights of three first-level indicators and thirteen second-level indicators used Analytic Hierarchy Process. Secondly, taking Chongqing shale gas field as an example, Grey Relational Analysis were applied to prioritize the two types of de-oil disposal and five types of residue resource utilization schemes. The results showed that the better solution for disposal are thermal desorption and centrifugal separation. The optimal solution for resource utilization was cement kiln co-processing, followed by brick making, and the worst solution was preparation for concrete. The effectiveness of the method is consistently shown by comparing the results with the actual situation of Chongqing enterprises. This system can provide a basis for the selection of enterprise plans.
