渭北嵯峨山废弃采石矿山开发式治理探讨

渭北嵯峨山一带历史开山采石活动造成矿山地质环境破坏和土地损毁，严重影响了大西安都市圈外围景观。以往治理工程多针对采坑底盘及工业广场等平缓场地，在原地形基础上进行植被修复，受损的地貌景观未得到根本的改观，废弃采矿用地也未得到充分的复垦利用。本次研究以嵯峨山CK1、CK2废弃采坑生态修复设计项目为依托，提出通过台阶式整治进行地貌重建、复垦利用废弃土地的综合治理方案，实现对废弃采石矿山开发式治理，修复工程产生的多余石料依规通过政府公共交易平台拍卖回收资金，形成“修复-利用-资金回收”闭环的废弃采石矿山修复模式，旨在为渭北“旱腰带”众多的废弃采石矿山生态修复提供借鉴。

Discussion on Development-style Restoration of Abandoned Quarry Mines in Weibei Cuoeshan Mountain

The historical quarrying activities in the Weibei Cuoeshan Mountain area have caused damage to the mine geological environment and land damage, which has seriously affected the peripheral landscape of the Greater Xi"an metropolitan area. In the past, most of the treatment projects were aimed at flat sites such as mining pit chassis and industrial squares, and vegetation restoration was carried out on the basis of the original terrain. The damaged landscape has not been fundamentally improved, and the abandoned mining land has not been fully reclaimed and utilized. Relying on the ecological restoration design projects of CK1 and CK2 abandoned mining pits in Cuoeshan Mountain, this study proposes a comprehensive treatment plan,for landform reconstruction through stepped remediation, reclamation and utilization of abandoned land , so as to realize the development-style restoration of abandoned quarry mines. The excess stones produced are auctioned through the government"s public trading platform to recover funds according to regulations, forming a closed-loop restoration model of "repair-utilization-fund recovery" abandoned quarry mines.This study aims to provide reference for the ecological restoration of many abandoned quarry mines in the "dry belt" in Weibei.
