松辽盆地页岩油勘查前景与对策建议

松辽盆地内多数老油田进入开发的后期,面临常规油气后备资源接替不足的问题,迫切需要加大油气地质调查工作力度,寻找现实的可接替资源。国土资源部2013年发布的页岩油气调查评价数据显示,松辽盆地具有优越的页岩油成藏地质条件,资源潜力大,是未来油气勘探开发的重要接续领域。文章针对目前松辽盆地页岩油勘查开发的制约因素,提出了相应的对策建议,通过加大投入,快速开展资源调查评价和选区工作；加强攻关和示范试点,引进关键技术,部署勘查开发工程,实现综合开发利用,页岩油有望成为松辽盆地可供利用的重要油气资源。

Prospects and Strategy for Shale Oil Exploration in Songliao Basin, China

Most old oilfields in Songliao Basin have entered the last period of development and facing the difficulty of shortage of conventional oil reserve resources. So it is necessary to strengthen the oil and gas geological survey and look for the potential substitutable resource. The data published by Ministry of Land and Resources of China in 2013, suggest that the Songliao Basin has good geologic conditions for the formation of shale oil with great potential resource. Thus, it will be a main relay exploration domain of petroleum and natural gas resources in the future. Based on analyze the constraints of exploration and development of shale oil in Songliao Basin, the paper puts forward the corresponding strategy , the resources investigation and evaluation and constituency are carried out rapidly by increasing investment; to achieve comprehensive development and utilization by strengthening research and demonstration pilot, introducing key technologies, deploying exploration and development projects, shale oil can be used as an important oil and gas resources.
