摘    要:安全文化是煤矿企业的灵魂。随着社会的进步与经济的发展,传统的煤矿安全文化已逐渐与我国煤矿企业的内外部环境相脱离,不能够有效地促进安全生产的实现。以互惠性偏好为核心内容的新型煤矿安全文化,具有严密的科学性,能够扭转我国煤矿企业安全文化建设的滞后性,从而使煤矿安全生产效率得到实质性的改进。
