摘    要:本文研究了不同重选、磁选、浮选组合流程对某长石矿提纯精矿白度和含铁量的影响。结果表明:通过磁选-脱泥-浮选流程能得到产率69.52%,Fe_2O_3含量0.008%,白度70.32%的长石精矿;通过脱泥-螺溜重选-中矿再溜-磁选流程得到总产率74.51%,Fe_2O_3含量0.025%,白度高于65%的长石精矿。与磁选-浮选联合工艺相比,重选-磁选联合工艺可获得产率更高,且各项符合日用陶瓷用长石要求的长石精矿。

Abstract:Gravity, magnetic and flotation experiment have been carried out to research the effect of different union process on the whiteness and iro content of feldspar concentrate. The results showd that: Magnetic-gravity separation obtained good results. Through the magnetic-gravity separation technology, the feldspar concentrate with productivity of 69.52%, TFe2O3 content of 0.008%, whiteness of 70.32% was obtained; through the gravity-magnetic separation technology, the feldspar concentrate with productivity of 74.51%, TFe2O3 content of 0.025%, whiteness more than 65% was obtained
