我国锑资源形势分析及可持续发展策略

锑是一种重要的有色金属,广泛应用于工业领域。进入21世纪以来,随着重、轻工业的迅猛发展,全球锑资源用量大增。我国是世界上锑资源大国,储量和产量均居世界首位。本文在分析我国锑资源储量、产量、消费、进出口及市场价格等形势的基础上,提出我国锑资源开发中存在着缺乏战略储备制度、产量过大、出口比例过大、产品结构不合理、未重视再生锑资源的问题。对此,提出建立行业协会、加强地质勘探、严控产量、严控出口量、着重发展深加工产品、重视再生锑资源的对策和建议。

Situation Analysis and Sustainable Development Strategy about Antimony Resources in China

Antimony is an important metal, and is widely used in industrial different fields. In the 21th century, with the rapid development of the heavy and light industry, the demand of antimony resources is increasing dramatically in the world. China is one of the countries owning a large amount of the antimony resources in the world, its antimony reserve and ranks first in the world. Based on the analysis of the reserve, yield, consumption, import and export and the market price of the antimony resources, the main problems of development in antimony resources in China are put forward. For instance, Lack of the strategic reserve system, excessive production, Large proportion of exports, product structure is irrational, less attention to renewable antimony resources. In order to respond to the dilemma, the authors make some suggestions as follow: establishment association of the industry, strengthen the geological exploration, strict control of the production, Strictly control of the exports, focus on the development of the deep processing products, emphasis on the renewable antimony resources.
