基于Web的地浸铀矿山生产数据信息系统的设计与实现

摘    要:从地浸铀矿山实际生产出发,以新疆中核天山铀业有限公司某地浸矿山为研究对象,对生产数据信息系统进行了研究。系统采用B/S架构,通过Java语言和J2EE架构,实现了Web程序的开发。利用MVC设计模式,搭建了网站整体架构,建立了涵盖化验室、水冶厂、井场和生产科的生产数据信息系统。系统通过浏览器打开,具有数据查询、数据填报、汇总统计、导出报表等功能。系统测试表明系统各模块都达到了设计要求。作为地浸铀矿山第一套基于Web的生产数据信息系统,经过现场一年多的运行考核,已经完全实现生产数据的信息化管理,降低了人员成本,提高了工作效率,有效地提升了矿山管理的信息化程度。

Abstract:Based on actual production conditions of in-situ leaching uranium mine,production data information system is researched for one uranium mine in Xinjiang Tianshan Uranium Co.Ltd.The system which is based on B/S is designed by Java language and J2EE architecture.Through the analysis of the principle of MVC design pattern,system includes laboratory,hydrometallurgical mill,well site and production department.Through browser user can query,submit,summery and export data.By system test,system has been proved essentially correct.As the first production data information system of in-situ leaching uranium mine based on Web,actual running tests validates that the system is effective.The system has succeed in reducing costs and increasing efficiency.The level of mine management information has been improved greatly by application of the system.
