摘    要:(NH_4)_2SO_4-(NH_4)_2CO_3淋洗剂是一种协同淋洗剂,在对北方铀矿样的小型试验及其吸附淋洗台架试验中,发现钼、硅等杂质元素,对淋洗过程及其产品纯度有影响。本文着重阐述了用(NH_4)_2SO_4-(NH_4)_2CO_3协同淋洗剂从饱和树脂中淋洗铀时,钼、硅以及常见元素铁、铝等杂质元素的淋洗行为。

Abstract:It was found in the laboratory tests conducted before that molybdenum, silicon and other impurity elements had an effect on elution and purity of products. This paper describes the eluting behaviour of impurity elements such as molybdenum, silicon, iron and aluminum during elution of urnaium from saturated resin by the synergistic eluting agent (NH4)2SO4-(NH4)2CO3. It is shown that molybdenum has the same behaviour like uranium during elution with (NH4)2SO4-(NH4)2CO3 which is an effective eluting agent for molybdenum too. Silicon is only partially desorbed, and the desorption rate is only 30%, if the capacity of silicon is high. Aluminum and iron are usually retained on the resin as precipitates.
