| 摘 要： | 调研和监测了几家石煤开发利用企业的辐射环境现状和"三废"中的放射性核素浓度,结果表明,石煤开发产业链中各企业均存在放射性污染,但主要处于弱放射性水平。依据GB/T 24001—2016/ISO 14001—2015《环境管理体系要求及使用指南》的要求建立和实施企业的环境管理体系,以此规范企业的辐射环境管理和指导放射性污染防治,可以有效地发挥企业在环境管理中的主体作用,促进企业履行合规义务。

| Abstract: | Investigated and monitored the current situation of radiation environment and concentration of radionuclides in"three wastes"in stone coal development and utilization enterprise including stone coal mine,stone coal power plant,stone coal slag hydrometallurgy plant,and coal slag/tailing brick plant.Research and monitoring results show that all enterprises in the industrial chain of stone coal development have radioactive pollution,but they are at the level of weak radioactivity.If the environmental management system will be established and implemented according to GB/T 24001—2016/ISO 14001—2015 Environmental Management System Requirements and Use Guide,it can effectively play the main role of enterprises in environmental management,and promoting enterprises to fulfill compliance obligations. |
