从某铀矿石中回收铀的浸出工艺条件试验研究

摘    要:根据某矿床铀矿石的化学组成和矿物形式,分别进行酸法、碱法搅拌浸出及酸法柱浸试验,以探索处理该矿石的工艺条件。试验结果表明:在适当条件下,酸法搅拌浸出时,铀浸出率达到88.44%;酸法柱浸时,铀浸出率达到87.63%;碱法搅拌浸出时,铀浸出率较低。综合考虑,工业上宜采用酸法堆浸工艺处理该矿石。

Abstract:Based on the investigation of the mineral form and chemical compositions,the processing method and leaching parameters were selected through acid stirring leaching,alkaline stirring leaching and acid column leaching experiments.Under suitable conditions,the leaching rate of acid stirring leaching can reach 88.44%,and leaching rate of acid column leaching is 87.65%.Alkaline stirring leaching is not suitable for the ore for its low leaching rate.In the final analysis acid heap leaching is available for extracting uranium from the uranium ore in the industrial production.
