摘    要:介绍了用离子交换蒸浓法处理电镀含铬废水的工艺流程特点及处理效果。通过3个月的运行表明,经该流程处理后的废水,各种污染物指标均符合国家排放标准,回收铬酸的质量能满足电镀工艺要求,实现了铬酐闭路循环利用,消除了Cr^4 对环境的污染。

Abstract:The feature of ion exchange vaporization-concentration process used to dispose wastewater produced by electroplating, as well as running effects are introduced. Running results of 3 months showed all pollutant indexes of wastewater disposed by this process are in accordance with the National Wastewater Discharge Standard. The quality of H_2Cr_2O_7 recovered can meet the demand of electroplating. Circulated utilization in close-circuit of CrO_3 is realized and the environmental pollution caused by Cr~ 6+ is eliminated.
