从含铀碳酸盐溶液制备过氧化铀的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了从某含铀碳酸盐溶液制备过氧化铀(UO4)的工艺方法,用盐酸酸化含铀碳酸盐溶液除去碳酸根后,以过氧化氢作为沉淀剂,加入NaOH调节沉淀pH,制备得到过氧化铀产品。考察了酸化pH、过氧化氢用量、沉淀pH、沉淀时间及温度等因素对制备过氧化铀的影响。结果表明:在溶液酸化pH=3.0、H2O2用量为理论计算量的130%、沉淀pH=2.5、反应时间=30 min的条件下,可获得铀含量大于68%的UO4产品,铀回收率达99%以上。

Abstract:The preparation of UO4 from a uranium-bearing carbonate solution was studied.Using hydrochloric acid acidifying the solution to remove carbonate,hydrogen peroxide was used as precipitator,NaOH was added to adjust the pH of precipitation,uranium peroxide was prepared.The effects of acidifying pH,hydrogen peroxide dosage,precipitation pH,precipitation time and temperature were investigated.The experimental results show that under the conditions of acidifying pH of 3.0,H2O2 dosage of 130%of theoretical calculation,precipitation pH of 2.5 and reaction time of 30 min,UO4 product with uranium content more than 68%can be obtained,and the uranium recovery rate is more than 99%.
