可更换过滤器式地浸采铀钻孔施工技术

摘    要:为解决地浸采铀钻孔施工成本高、施工周期长,以及后期生产过程中洗井效果不明显、洗井效率低等问题,通过研究采用可更换过滤器式钻孔施工技术,研制内置型陶粒贴砾过滤器,成功实现了过滤器的提升更换。相比传统填砾式钻孔施工,可更换过滤器式钻孔施工技术的单钻孔施工成本降低了6%,钻孔施工周期缩短了1~2 d/孔,成井效率提升了约16%;采用逆向注浆固井技术,实现钻孔固井质量合格率100%。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of high construction cost and long construction period of in-situ leaching uranium drilling,and low efficiency of well washing in the later production process,a replaceable filter for in-situ leaching technology was studied by changing the traditional gravel filling drilling technology,the design and development of built-in ceramsite gravel filter,successfully realized the lifting and replacement of the filter.Compared with the traditional gravel filling drilling construction,the single drilling construction cost is reduced by 6%,the drilling construction cycle is shortened by 1~2 d/hole,and the well completion efficiency is improved by about 16%;the reverse grouting cementing technology is adopted to ensure the well cementing quality qualification rate of 100%.
