摘    要:金属基复合材料在外载作用下会使界面脱开成为裂纹源并开始扩展,应用细观力学方法研究了弧形界面裂纹扩展的应变能释放率,当弧形界面裂纹的所需应变能释放率等于相应基体临界能量释放率时,复合材料将会断裂。在基体和增强颗粒完全脱粘的情况下,根据基体的断裂条件,计算出复合材料的极限应力。

Abstract:Interfaces between metal matrix and particles form main sites of crack initiation and propagation in Particle reinforced metallic matrix composite.As the interface-crack propagates around the sphere ceramic particles,the strain energy release rate is examined by using micromechanical method.When the strain energy release rate reaches the critical value of the matrix,composite will fracture.Then the ultimate stress can be determined on based of matrix fracture condition.
