带式输送机梯度调速系统研究

摘    要:针对目前带式输送机智能控制系统根据煤流量实时变化连续频繁调速导致的输送带易磨损和疲劳损伤问题,基于张紧力变化率和煤流量设计了一种梯度调速控制系统。通过采用有限元法建立带式输送机动力学模型计算滚筒处输送带的张紧力,结合检测装置实时获取的煤流量信息和输送带速度,采用模糊控制器实现带式输送机梯度调速。应用结果表明,该系统在负载波动较小时不改变输送带速度,负载变化较大时梯度调速,能够降低输送带磨损和疲劳损伤。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of wear and fatigue damage of conveyor belt caused by continuous and frequent speed regulation according to real-time change of coal flow in intelligent control system of belt conveyor, a gradient speed regulation control system based on tension change rate and coal flow rate was designed. The dynamic model of belt conveyor was established by using finite element method to calculate the tension of conveyor belt at the drum. Combined with the coal flow information and belt speed obtained by the detection device in real time, the fuzzy controller was used to realize the gradient speed regulation of belt conveyor. The application results show that the system does not change the belt speed when the load fluctuation is small, and presents the gradient speed regulation when the load changes greatly. The system can reduce the wear and fatigue damage of the conveyor belt.
