| 摘 要： | 结合江苏省无锡市海燕高压泵厂多年来往复泵设计、制造的实际经验,运用VB 6.0开发出了高效实用的三柱塞往复泵CAD系统软件,介绍了这一CAD系统的十字头设计模块开发过程。该模块能够进行三柱塞往复泵十字头的尺寸计算、强度校核,并以广泛使用的绘图软件SolidWorks为基本平台,开发出三柱塞往复泵十字头模块的参数化绘图程序,实现了绘制十字头的自动化。

| Abstract: | According to many year experience in design and manufacturing about reciprocating pump of Wuxi Haiyan High Pressure Pump Factory, pragmatic and highly efficient three plunger reciprocating pump CAD system is developed with VB6.0. Introduces the development process of crosshead CAD module of this system. This CAD module can carry out the dimensions calculation and intensity check. Using the present popular SolidWorks platform, parametric drawing program of crosshead CAD module is developed, which realized the automation of drawing crosshead. |
