基于免疫克隆算法的自整定PID控制器在矿井提升机的应用

摘    要:传统的PID控制器难以满足矿井提升机在重复运动时的时变性、非线性的特点,引入免疫克隆算法优化PID控制参数,以FPGA搭建硬件平台构成自整定PID控制器,通过功能仿真分析实验结果可知,这种自整定的PID控制器不仅能够提高系统的收敛速度及控制精度,还保障了矿井提升机的稳定、安全运行。

Abstract:The traditional PID controller is difficult to meet mine hoist repeated movement of the time-varying and nonlinear characteristics,using immune clone algorithm can optimize the PID controller parameters commendably,FPGA to implement the hardware design of PID controller is introduced.Through the functional simulation results,self-tuning PID controller based on immune clone algorithm can not only improve the convergence speed and control accuracy,but also ensures the mine hoist safety and stability.
