基于粒子群算法的长丝杠旋风铣削参数优化

摘    要:在旋风铣削加工中,由于刀具频繁地切入、切出丝杠,导致丝杠剧烈振动,严重地影响了丝杠的加工质量,特别是对于长丝杠铣削加工,振动更加剧烈,必须布置支撑来提高丝杠刚度。使用Wilson-θ法求解长丝杠在多支撑下的旋风铣削动力学方程,得到丝杠的动挠度,并使用粒子群(PSO)算法对其进行切削参数优化,优化后的切削参数显著提高了丝杠的加工质量。

Abstract:In the process of whirling ball screw,repeating interaction between cutter and screw produces excessive vibration,which severely influence machining accuracy,especially when whirling large ball screw which has low rigidity,it get even worse,have to set supports to improve ball screw's rigidity.Wilson-θ method is used to solve dynamic equation of large multi-span ball screw under axially moving periodic force to get ball screw's deflection,and particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize cutting parameter.The optimized cutting parameter obviously increases machining accuracy.
