| 摘 要： | 基于曲轴的结构特点,针对大型曲轴试制和维修的生产加工方式,提出了在通用设备上利用简单的工艺设备加工单件曲轴的工艺方法,给出了解决保证加工要求的专用工装的设计原理,经实际生产验证工艺方法及专用装备设计的方案可行,且既节约工时和成本,又保证了加工的质量要求。

| Abstract: | Based on the structural characteristics of the crankshafe,aimed at the production and processing pattern,the process technology pattern was pointed out for single crankshafe with simple equipment,the design principle of special fixtures was introduced for guaranteeing capacith required,was verified by production to be feasible and save working hours and cost. |
