| 摘 要： | 根据GB1236-2000标准对通风机性能测试的要求,采用模块化的思想成功开发了一套局部通风机性能测试软件,并应用于生产现场。测试软件具有采集数据准确、数据处理方便和图表打印输出等功能。软件开发时采用了软件数字滤波和异常数据剔除等技术,提高了测试数据的准确性。同时利用最小二乘法曲线拟合算法,系统软件可以自动生成测试通风机的性能曲线,为技术人员评估局部通风机的性能提供了一个重要途径。
