| 摘 要： | 盘式制动器制动盘的模态特性是影响整个系统制动平稳性的重要因素。为了降低制动过程中的制动抖动和噪音,利用所搭建的多功能实验台,对盘式制动器制动盘的模态特性进行试验研究,得到制动盘的固有频率和模态振型,对比理论分析结果,两者总体上基本一致。所得的研究成果为进一步提高盘式制动器制动性能提供了可靠的实验依据。

| Abstract: | The brake disk modal characteristic of disk brake is an important factor for braking stability of whole system.In order to reduce judder and noise in braking process,a multi-purpose experimental bench was built for modal test on brake disk,and natural frequencies and mode shapes were obtained,compared with theoretical results,it is basically same in general.Research results provide reliable experimental evidence for further improving braking performance of disk brake. |
