| 摘 要： | 提升机作为煤矿中的重要设备,其故障率对于煤炭的安全高效生产有着极为重要的作用。在详细分析了煤矿提升机工作环境和工作特性的基础上,建立了提升机齿轮箱振动的数学模型,分析了速度和载荷变化情况下的提升机齿轮箱振动的特点,分析了变工况条件下齿轮箱故障信号的分布特征,为变工况条件下提升机齿轮箱的故障诊断提供了一定的理论基础。
