EQ6590KS1车架试验及有限元模拟研究

摘    要:为了对EQ6590KS1车架进行强度研究,通过应变电测方法在车架的关键部位贴应变片,测试其静态弯曲工况应力分布规律。通过有限元方法建立车架的计算模型,研究了车架在弯曲工况下的静态特性,并和试验结果进行比较。在此基础上,对车架的动态特性进行了分析,得到EQ6590KS1车架在动态特性下的前七阶固有频率和相应的谐响应特性。

Abstract:In order to study the coach body strength, the stress distribution law in coach body key point was studied by using the strain measure method under bending working condition. The finite element model of EQ6590KS1 coach body frame is established, based on bending working conditions, the static property was studied, and the simulation result is in good accordane with the testing result, Based on this, dynamic property of EQ6590KS1 coach body frame was studied, the seven native frequency and its harmonic response property are gained.
