| 摘 要： | 对选煤厂带式输送机原理进行了分析,探讨了变频器的节能原理,并根据带式输送机的实际工作情况,设计了基于PLC控制下的变频节能系统。采用重量信号作为反馈信号实现了闭环控制。实现了节能目的。

| Abstract: | The principle of belt conveyor of coal preparation plant was analysed.Discusses the energy saving principle of frequency converter was discussed.According to the actual working condition of belt conveyor,the frequency energy-saving system was designed based on PLC control.Using the weight signals as feedback signal,the closed-loop control is realized.Achieve the purpose of energy saving. |
