双头电火花加工机床Y轴横梁结构设计与分析

摘    要:Y轴横梁是双头电火花加工机床的关键部件。提出了4种Y轴横梁的结构方案,应用有限元方法,分别对这些方案进行静力学分析,并以质量小、变形量小为优选原则,得到了最优的结构方案,为电火花加工机床部件的设计提供了理论依据。分析结果显示最优与最差方案相比,质量减轻了8.84%,变形量减少了6.42%,表明通过合理设计机械结构,可以得到变形量小且质量轻的横梁结构。

Abstract:Y-axial beam is a key component of two-head electrical discharged machine.Four structures of Y-axial beam have been proposed and performed static analysis by finite element method.According to principle of the minimum quality and deformation,the optimal structure of Y-axial beam was obtained.This research provides the theoretical fundamentals for structural design of the electrical discharged machine.Compared to the best and worst structures of Y-axial beam,quality reduced 8.84%,deformation reduced 6.42%.It...
